My Comms has two communication features, the Memo and Collab.

Memo is a specialized communication tool within coAmplifi, designed specifically for its users. It operates just like a regular email system, allowing you to send messages to your team members. To use it, simply enter the recipient's email, and the subject line, and compose your message. You have the option to save it as a draft or send it immediately. Memo streamlines communication within your team, making it a convenient and efficient solution.

Memo functions similarly to a traditional email platform, complete with inbox, sent, and draft folders. Additionally, you can categorize your messages as "starred" or "important" for easy organization and retrieval. Custom labels can also be created to further tailor the system to your specific needs. Memo provides a comprehensive and customizable email experience within the coAmplifi platform.

The Collab is a chat-based communication tool exclusively for coAmplifi users. With Hallway, you can initiate one-on-one conversations, and with Watercooler, for group chats with other users within the platform. This tool provides a fast and easy way to communicate with your team, similar to a typical chat application. Whether you need to send a quick message or have a more in-depth discussion, Collab offers a convenient solution for all your communication needs.
