Timecard Report:
To sign an available time card, go to the timecard report screen while logged in and find a report that is available to be confirmed. Click Sign and Save. Then the user should no longer be able to edit the signed timecard.
Note:
The user needs to have at least clocked in and started tasks for one day to have some data generated.
The date period being tested must have been locked for a user to sign, or else the sign button will not appear.
Log in with Payroll role access in the current workflow.
Go to My Payroll > Admin > Timecard Control, and update all timecards.
Then in My Payroll > Time Processing > click a user, then click sign and submit.
After this, when the employee login, he/she can approve the timecard.
Go back to My Records > Timecard Report to sign and approve.
You can lock the last pay period to manage the payment confirmation process. After the pay period is locked, employees can only view their time cards.
To close the period, go to My Payroll > Admin > Pay Period Control
